Feeder House The new-generation feeder house with a performance-boosting feed accelerator features a single hydraulic multi-function coupling and an adjustable angle, ensuring high productivity and efficient harvesting of any crop without modifications. It allows quick attachment of headers weighing up to 4,500 kg. Threshing System The Tetra Processor system features a concave with automatic electronic clearance control along its entire length. Its large threshing and separation area of 3.3 m² (total separation area 9.4 m²) provides efficient grain separation while minimizing grain and straw damage, even under the most demanding field conditions. The Tetra Processor threshing system is based on a single 800 mm diameter threshing drum, ensuring consistent and gentle threshing with minimal losses. A 750 mm diameter separator drum maintains a smooth crop flow. The 1,650 mm threshing width enables a harvesting capacity of up to 40 tonnes per hour. Cleaning System Grain cleaning is performed by the OptiFlow dual-sieve cleaning system with a total sieve area of 7.1 m². A powerful optimized airflow, increased grain drop height, and secondary cleaning finger grate significantly improve cleaning efficiency. This patented solution ensures a more even airflow distribution and prevents crop material from sticking to the sieves. The cleaning system uses a turbo fan with an adjustable speed ranging from 300 to 1,200 rpm, controlled directly from the cab and displayed on the control panel. The sieves and cleaning components are easy to access, and the operator can quickly adjust the sieves from the cab. Straw Walkers Six high-capacity straw walkers with a total separation area of 6.1 m², combined with an independent re-threshing system, ensure maximum grain recovery with minimal losses. The straw walker oscillation amplitude is specifically designed to maximize grain separation from the straw.
