The John Deere 1270G Harvester uses significantly less fuel than its predecessors and boasts more power. The increase in engine power is particularly high in the 6-wheel machine which now has the same power as the 8-wheel version: 200 kW instead of the previous 170 kW. Torque has been increased by 17% in the 6-wheel version and by 5% in the 8-wheel version. Despite the increase in engine horsepower and torque, fuel consumption remains very low, which translates into lower costs over the life of the machine.John Deere G-Series engines meet the latest Final Tier 4/ Stage 4 combustion standards.Exhaust gas emission requirements are met through the use of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) oxidation catalyst (DOC), selective catalytic reduction (SCR), all these additional devices including the DEF tank have not changed the dimensions of the engine cover. Visibility from the cab remained unchanged.In addition, new control modules and wiring harnesses were used for the redesigned 1270 G engine. The use of high-quality electronic interconnections has reduced interference and the new module has improved the efficiency of the engine control system.The cab comes in a choice of two options, fixed or level and rotary which has been redesigned and now has more legroom and the materials used inside are easy to clean. 1270 G It comes standard with a Power Power Control (PPC) function with three performance levels for working in different logging conditions.TimberMatic H-16 for G-series Harvesters is an easy-to-use system that allows for better work management. The system allows you to set and change measurement and cutting functions, and provides quick access to basic machine setting.Vis mer
